Registration:  The entire class fee is due at sign-up to reserve your place in class. You can register in person, by phone with a credit card, or by mail (check enclosed).  You will receive a supply list once you have registered for a class.  We would appreciate your purchase of needed supplies from us and in doing so you will receive a 10% discount on all items needed for the class.
Refunds:  If you must cancel a class registration or transfer a class, you must notify us at least one (1) week prior to the class date.  No refund will be given if student cancellation is made during the week before class or if student does not show up for class.  If a class is cancelled by The Quilt Room, all monies will be gladly refunded, transferred to another class or store credit; your choice. Supplies for classes will not be refunded.
Miscellaneous:  All classes require a minimum of students in order for the class to make (usually 3) and if necessary, classes will be cancelled due to lack of enrollment 5 days prior to scheduled date.  Early registration helps us accommodate you better and guarantee that a class will make.Please do not bring children or visitors to class.
